Whoaaa ! Is it really Miyuko ? I didn't remember she has so big... hem... You know what I mean ! This cosplay is the nurse version of Megurine Luka. Megurine Luka is another singer from Vocaloid. She's in each concerts of Miku Hatsune, with both Kagamine (Rin + Len) and since the 2 lasts, Meiko and Kaito. Her most popular song seems to be "Luka Luka Night Fever". But, she has some others good song, like "Double Lariat", "Just be friend", etc...
She's probably with Miku my favorite singer ! That's awesome to see them in concerts, especially on 3D.
That's a nice cosplay from Miyuko. She's always making new cosplays, but I really liked this one. You should follow her facebook, you'll not miss any cosplay from her :)
